English: Municipal flag of Dobkovice village, Děčín District, Czech Republic.
Čeština: Vlajka obce Dobkovice, okres Děčín. Popis vlajky: Bílý list s dolním modrým klínem s vrcholem ve třetí osmině šířky listu, v něm bílá kotva. V bílém poli vztyčené přivrácené dubové větévky s žaludem mezi dvěma listy, vše zelené. Poměr šířky k délce listu je 2 : 3.
