| Description |
Deutsch: Südansicht der röm.-kath. Pfarrkirche St. Anton an der Adresse Flugfeldgürtel 17 in der niederösterreichischen Stadtgemeinde Wiener Neustadt. Das Gebäude war ursprünglich das Zentralheizungs-Kesselhaus der ehem. Fliegerkaserne. Dieses Haus wurde zu einer Kirche umgebaut und 1934 geweiht. Im Jahr 1937 erfolgte der Umbau des Schornsteins zu einem freistehenden dreigeschossigen Glockenturm. Von 1960 bis 1964 wurde die Kirche nach Plänen von Architekt Josef Patzelt nochmals umgebaut und erweitert. |
