COM:SCOPE: 'The aim of Wikimedia Commons is to provide a media file repository: that makes available public domain and freely-licensed educational media content to all.... The expression "educational" is to be understood according to its broad meaning of "providing knowledge; instructional or informative".' What possible educational value or knowledge does this file provide? This is yet another case of someone abusing Commons to satisfy their exhibitionism. — Scott • talk 14:13, 29 May 2013 (UTC)

Keep Definitely in scope, shows the male body as it's cycling. I could see it used for kinesiology. Certainly not much different (except in artistic quality) than a Muybridge animation. Yet another case that highlights the need for urgent commons reform. And as Matt says, this is only one of thousands of useless penis images uploaded daily. - To me this shows at least two things: a) The search engine is mental here. b) These sort of images shouldn't be making it onto commons until they've been checked. By qualified professionals perhaps? -- Hillbillyholiday
