COM:SCOPE: 'The aim of Wikimedia Commons is to provide a media file repository: that makes available public domain and freely-licensed educational media content to all.... The expression "educational" is to be understood according to its broad meaning of "providing knowledge; instructional or informative".' What possible educational value or knowledge does this file provide? This is yet another case of someone abusing Commons to satisfy their exhibitionism. — Scott talk 14:13, 29 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Delete No realistically educational use is possible. Taivo (talk) 09:21, 3 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
  •  Keep Definitely in scope, shows the male body as it's cycling. I could see it used for kinesiology. Certainly not much different (except in artistic quality) than a Muybridge animation. Handcuffed (talk) 21:37, 4 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
  •  Delete Per Taivo and Mattbuck. As amusing as this gif is, it is entirely uneducational. Yet another case that highlights the need for urgent commons reform. And as Matt says, this is only one of thousands of useless penis images uploaded daily. And not a particularly special one at that -- Hillbillyholiday
Someone uploaded a useless image. We get that 1000 times a day. Why does this one mean anything special, other than it having a penis? -mattbuck (Talk) 06:58, 5 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
To me this shows at least two things: a) The search engine is mental here. b) These sort of images shouldn't be making it onto commons until they've been checked. By qualified professionals perhaps? -- Hillbillyholiday
It obviously means something to you Matt. I found the gif on your page. -- Hillbillyholiday
Those pages are created by bots scanning new uploads for sexuality categories. -mattbuck (Talk) 17:40, 5 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Useful how? Fitness-freak fapping-fodder? -- Hillbillyholiday
