Not sure. It was added here on 3 December 2006. The page you link to, has the meta-information (View->Page info) of being last-modified on 20 December 2006, and there's nothing earlier in Wayback. Unless there is clearer evidence available, it seems just as possible that the other site was copying the information from here?

Why does this unsourced essay stand, while anything remotely like it without sources is immediately removed from Wikipedia. Even Mona Lisa doesnt have such an essay.
