Hello. You seem to have a misunderstanding about the purpose of this site, the Wikimedia Commons. It's here to provide a central media database for all the Wikimedia projects, such as Wikipedia. Therefore an article about a drinking game you and your friends play, whether in German or English, is not appropriate content here. You can try your luck at English WP or German but I highly doubt that either of them will accept it. In the meantime if you have any freely licensed images or other media to contribute, we welcome that. Otherwise, please stop recreating this article. It will keep being deleted, if not by me, then by the next admin that notices its existence. You can see this article in the deletion log here - it also shows the reason I gave for deleting it, which is the same as what I have told you here.
