Hi, I noticed you nominated this image for speedy deletion due to the presence of copyrighted logos in the top right corner. At Commons, we have a principle called de minimis (COM:DM), which (roughly) states that it is acceptable to have copyrighted works as part of an image so long as they are incidental to the composition. Here, the car isn't a proper part of the image, it just happened to be there, the focus is entirely on the girl's arse, which I'm pretty certain you can't copyright. -mattbuck (Talk) 13:50, 15 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for clarifying. I didn't realize that the template would create a speedy deletion. I found Wikipedia's Image use policy, followed the Template:Trademark link and saw that Template:Non-free logo was being recommended. I missed the fact that I was looking at WP documentation too. I didn't realize that images with trademarks in them can exist on WC without any note/warning about that fact. COM:DM is an interesting read, thanks. --Qubodup (talk) 15:53, 15 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]
