::{{comment}} No, it is not. It was simply that I learned about how "private images" are considered in the policy through the linked DR and happen to stumble across these images about the same time. The image sets had similar kinds of images so I believe that is how the policy is meant to be interpreted. :{{vk}} I do not believe that prior DRs create a precedent. I also believe that these images are realistically useful for an educational purpose - specifically for articles such as "Education in X" or "Childhood in Y". These are also not "private photos"; that is, they are not private image collections (private party photos, holiday snapshots) - they are images from the archives of the '''United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization''', taken by official photographers as part of a series documenting education around the world. They are certainly Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization, and I fail to see how images from this organisation are "private"! :::{{vk}} As above, photographed by UNESCO and it's partners, in no way private photos, UNESCO has done due dilligence in obtaining appropriate permissions.
