The Pierrepont Building at 103 Fifth Avenue between East 17th and 18th Streets in the Flatiron District neighborhood of Manhattan, New York City was built in 1895an was designed by Louis Korn in the Beaux-Arts style. The store-and-lofts building was named after Edwards Pierrepont, a lawyer and Democratic Party politician who lived in the townhouse which previously occupied the site. The building is located within the Ladies' Mile Historic District (Source: "NYCLPC Ladies' Mile Historic District Designation Report, volume 1")
