[edit]- On a shield-shaped embroidered item with a semi-circular base edged with a ⅛ inch (.32cm) blue border and divided diagonally from upper right to lower left black over white, a golden orange lightning flash on the diagonal; 2¼ inches (5.72cm) in height by 1⅞ inches (4.76cm) in width overall.
Background
[edit]- The Flash was originally approved for wear on 1992-07-08.
- It was cancelled on 1995-07-30.
- On 2000-07-13, the flash was reinstated.

[edit]- On an oval-shaped embroidered item edged with a ⅛ inch (.32cm) blue border and divided diagonally from upper right to lower left, black over white a gold orange lightning flash on the diagonal 2¼ inches (5.72cm) in width by 1⅜ inches (3.49cm) in height overall.

[edit]- The Trimming was originally approved for wear on 1992-07-08.
- It was cancelled on 1995-07-30.
- On 2000-07-13, the trimming was reinstated.
