The Brooklyn Public Library branch at 160 East 5th Street at Fort Hamilton Parkway in the Windsor Terrace neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York City was constructed in 1969 and was designed by Gustave W. Iser. Library service to the neighborhood had begun in a small way in 1922, but was spotty after 1940 until the opening of the current building, which was renovated in 1994 and 2011.
