Deutsch: Die Bachmann-Kolonie umfasst mehr als die Hälfte der Wegenergasse sowie Teile der Sonnengasse. Bauherr Heinrich Bachmann ließ die Siedlung zwischen 1910 und 1914 bauen. Geplant wurde sie von Adolf von Inffeld und, in einem zweiten Teil, Josef Gartlgruber. Das Vorbild war die Heimatschutz- und Gartenstadt-Architektur, auch Spuren des Jugendstils finden sich wieder.
