Notes: This congregation's original church was in Fazendeville, St. Bernard Parish, Louisiana, adjacent to the Battle of New Orleans site hence the name. It was there from 1868 to 1964, and a new church building constructed in the Lower 9th Ward of New orleans, as the town of Fazendeville was expropriated in the early 1960s. This area flooded severely during Hurricane Betsy in 1965 and disasterously in 2005 with the Hurricane Katrina levee failure disaster.
