English: Specialized library for the Defense Electronics School (EED), at the Merlo Military Air Base (BAM MERLO), located in the city of Merlo in the Province of Buenos Aires, Argentina. It was founded on January 16, 1964. The name of the Library is due to Ing. Primitivo Padilla, who held the first position as a civilian professor at the School of Defense Electronics, which at that time was called Radar School. Its objective is to support the school's curriculum, making available the necessary material for the students.
