Borough Bus is a brand name used at various times for bus services funded by the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead, part of the county of Berkshire (the borough, having been a unitary authority since 1998, has primary responsibility for subsidised transport, which is otherwise normally a county council function). Borough Bus was also the name of a single-route bus operator in Windsor, who sold out to Thames Valley in 1955.
