Deutsch: Altmünchner Bürgerhaus; Wohn- und Sterbehaus von François de Cuvilliés d. Ä.; im Kern spätgotisch, um 1615 Aufstockung und Dachstuhl, Fassadengestaltung barock, wohl 1. Hälfte 18. Jh.; nördlich anschließend der die Ledererstraße überbrückende, von Hausannexen zweifach überbaute Schlichtingerbogen, der bereits auf dem Stadtmodell von 1570 existiert.
English: Altmünchner Bürgerhaus; Residential and Death House of François de Cuvilliés d. Ä .; late gothic in the core, around 1615 extension and attic, baroque facade, probably first half of the 18th century; north then the Ledererstraße bridging, von Hausannexen doubly overbuilt Schlichtingerbogen, which already exists on the city model of 1570.
