Teos siirrettiin Helsinkiin Keisarillisen Aleksanterin-Yliopiston juhlasaliin vuonna 1832. Juhlasalista veistos siirrettiin yliopiston konsistorin saliin vuonna 1932. Vuosina 1944-1954 teos oli Kansallismuseon sisäpihalla, josta se siirrettiin yliopiston kirjaston, nykyisen Kansalliskirjaston pihalle. Teos vietiin konservoitavaksi vuonna 2013 ja sijoitettiin vuonna 2023 nykyiselle paikalleen, yliopiston päärakennuksen uuden puolen Agora-saliin, joka on lasikatteinen entinen sisäpiha.
English: Bust of Alexander I of Russia in Agora Hall in University of Helsinki main building, 1937 extension, Fabianinkatu 33, Helsinki, Finland. - Bust by Russian sculptor Ivan Martois was made for Royal Academy of Turku and unveiled in 1814 at the academy great hall. It was moved in 1832 to University of Helsinki, then Imperial Alexander University in Finland and situated in the Great Hall. Later in 1932 the bust was moved to hall of university's Academic Consistory. Between 1944 and 1954 the statue was located in Courtyard of National Museum of Finland. Between 1954 and 2013 it was on the yard of Helsinki University library (now National Library of Finland) in front of the Fabiania building. In 2013 the bust was taken to restoration and in 2023 it was placed to it's current location, Agora Hall. Agora Hall is former courtyard now with a glass roof.
