English: The Columbia University boathouses, located at 501 West 218th Street in the Inwood neighborhood of Upper Manhattan, off of Muscota Marsh and Spuyten Duyvil Creek (a section of the Harlem River), are part of the Baker Athletics Complex. The 1929 Boathouse was completed in 2001 and named after the Columbia class of 1929. The Gould-Remmer Boathouse was built in 1895 at 116th Street on the Hudson River as the Gould Boathouse, and was moved to its current location in 1989, and the name changed to honor Eugene H. Remmer.
