The Dutch Grille was a restaurant, opening in October 1931 at 112 North Sixth Street. It served primarily Pennsylvania Dutch food. Owned by Ralph A. Brader, the restaurant was moved in 1937 to 930 Hamilton Street, where it continued in bushiness until 1948.
Afterwards, Brader was semi-retired until 1963 when he became assistant chef At Cedar Crest College, retiring again in 1971. He passed in February, 1973.
