English: The FIFe Easy Mind System (EMS) is a system used by the Fédération internationale féline to identify cats by codes. EMS Code z means colouration changing coats with age. EMS Code z is used for the colouration copal, carnelian or serdolik in Kurilian bobtail cats and for russet in Burmese cats.
Nederlands: Het FIFe Easy Mind System (EMS) is een code systeem voor het indelen van katten opgesteld door de Fédération internationale féline. De EMS Code z staat voor de veranderende vachtkleuren met leeftijd. Hieronder vallen kopal, welke alleen voorkomt bij de Koelilen stompstaart en de kleur russet in de Burmees. Dit is ook het geval voor amber in de Noorse boskat, maar hiervoor wordt EMS Code t gebruikt.
