English: Elm Court, located at 315 Bellevue Avenue in the Bellevue Avenue Historic District of Newport, Rhode Island, was built in 1853 and was designed in the Italianate style by George Champlin Mason Sr. for Andrew Robeson. After the house was acquired by Adele Livingston Sampson Stevens in 1874, she hired McKim, Mead & White to remodel and enlarge the house along with Ogden Codman Jr. who did the interiors. It was sold and then later acquired by New York banker Frank Work (great-great grandfather of Princess Diana) whose descendants still own it today.
