English: Esther Roy was a full-rigged ship built in 1877 by A. Roy at Maitland, Nova Scotia, Canada for own use. She was sold to Italian owners in 1897 and thereafter sailed out of Genoa until reportedly abandoned at sea in a sinking condition in August 1899.
Her dimensions were 219 × 41 ft (66.7 × 12.4 m) and she was registered at 1,569 tons gross (1,534 net) [1]
