Fedor Karlovich Flemming (1812–1898) was a Russian pharmaceut and promoter of homeopathy in Russia. His family had German roots. Flemming owned the Central Homeopathic Pharmacy in St. Petersburg, the capital of Russia, and offered various kinds of homeopathic pharmacies for home, travel or in-company use, usually according to different teachings. Together with homeopathic pharmaceutic preparations, his Central Homeopathic Pharmacy ran a publishing house in which homeopathic treatment manuals both by Russian authors and translations of such works by foreign authors were edited that did a great deal in promoting the case of homeopathy in Russia.

Last but not least, Flemming was one of the co-founders of the St. Petersburg association of homeopaths and once again in his publishing department the major Russian homeopathic journals were published with him being the editor-in-charge:
