The former Non-Commissioned Officers' Club at 32 Beach Road, Singapore 189764, was originally built in 1952–1953 by the British Armed Forces as the Britannia Club (or Navy, Army and Air Force Institutes (NAAFI)). It was used by ANZUK soldiers and their families until 1972, and following the withdrawal of British troops from Singapore it became the Singapore Armed Forces Non-Commissioned Officers' (NCO) Club with effect from 17 March 1974.

The building was designed by the architecture firm Palmer and Turner in a combination of the Art Deco and Modern styles. It was gazetted as a conservation area as part of the former Beach Road Camp on 9 October 2002: Former Beach Road Camp. Urban Redevelopment Authority. Archived from the original on 30 September 2023.
