I wish to provide additional information about Geetanjali Shree. She is currently a fellow at the Institut d'Etudes Avancees, Nantes, France. Her first novel, 'Mai', has been translated into English, French, German,Urdu, and Serbian. But not in Korean and Russian (which is what your present write-up says.) Another of her four novels, 'Khali Jagah' has been translated into English, and is being published by Harper Collins. It deals with the effect of Terrorism on the lives of ordinary people. She has so far published four collections of short stories. 'Weisser Hibiskus' is a collection of her short stories in German translation.
