Gigalum Island is one of a diminutive group off Gigha to the south-east in Caolas Gigalum, the straits between it and Gigha. Included also are a few skerries to the northeast: Sgeir Gigalum and Sgeir Bheag Gigalum, a few adjacent islets: Eilean na h-Uilinn and Còrr Eilean, and about a dozen unnamed skerries.
