Grenade launcher /other names: Heroic Monument, Grenadier, World War I memorial/ by Ferenc Medgyessy (1935 bronze statue) It was erected in memory of the victims of the First World War in Sárospatak. On the wall behind the statue are two marble plaque with the names of 160 victims. After World War II, an additional plaque was placed on the pedestal with names of ten WW2 heroes. Listed statue (without ID!). - Táncsics Street, Rákóczi Road/Street corner, Downtown, Sárospatak, Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén County, Hungary.
