The Grand Rapids Showcase factory is a historic factory in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The factory was built in 1919 by the Grand Rapids Showcase Co. The company merged with a competitor in 1926 to form the Grand Rapids Store Equipment Co., which added additional buildings to the facility before going out of business in 1955. The factory was purchased in 1979 by Display Pack, which operated there until 2015, when it sold the building to Franklin Partners for potential redevelopment. In 2023, Franklin Partners announced it would demolish the building and replace it with new apartment buildings.
