English: Guide Friday were an open top tour bus operator in the United Kingdom. Originating in Stratford-on-Avon in the 1970s, they expanded in the 1980s and 1990s with tour operations in several major towns and cities, using a common livery of green/cream. The company also operated conventional bus services - a small scale minibus service in Stratford, and the AirBus Express service in Edinburgh (causing the Edinburgh operator Lothian Regional Transport to launch retaliatory tour operations both in Edinburgh as well as York and Cambridge). The company sold out to rival City Sightseeing in May 2002, although in some case the livery and/or Guide Friday name were retained for a time.
