1010 Race Street between N. 10 and N. 11 Streets in the Chinatown neighborhood of Philadelphia was built in 1892 as the Heywood Chair Factory and was designed by Wilis G. Hale in the Renaissance Revival style. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
