English: Fourth City Hall & Market House was designed by architect George E. Dickey. The Victorian Romanesque style was outdated by the time the building was finished in 1904.

City government moved to the new City Hall in 1939, and this building was converted into a bus terminal.

The building stood until 1960, when it was destroyed in a fire. The plot was used as a parking lot until 1976, when it was turned into a park.
