This footpath runs parallel to Aigburth Road between Galbraith Close and Fulwood Drive, and appears to be used by local residents to exercise their dogs. It is on land formerly occupied by Ivy House, as shown on the 1908 OS map. The frontage of that land is now occupied by Givenchy House, Fleming House and Florey House, and the rest, acquired by Fulwood Golf Club in 1905, has since been sold off for housing. Although open to the public, the gates are locked at dusk.
