This was an old Japanese trolleybus that was parked for several years near Parque España in the Colonia Hipódromo neighborhood in Mexico City. From time to time, it was completely painted over by an artist (or multiple artists) as public art. By at least 2014, it had been moved from there, to an unknown location.
