Čeština: Kriminální inspektor protektorátní policie Jaroslav Panenka (* 1. února 1908 Berdičev, Ukrajina – 22. října 1948 Praha) pracoval za první republiky jako inspektor policie v Krušných horách (Přísečnice). Za protektorátu jej využívalo pražské gestapo při různých akcích a to nejen jako tlumočníka. Jaroslav Panenka byl po skončení druhé světové války zatčen a v rámci retribučních procesů souzen mimořádným lidovým soudem (MLS). Trest smrti, který dostal za spolupráci s gestapem jako konfident, byl vykonán v Praze 22. října 1948.
English: Criminal inspector of the Protectorate Police Jaroslav Panenka (* 1 February 1908 Berdichev, Ukraine - 22 October 1948 Prague) worked as a police inspector in the Ore Mountains (Přísečnice) during the First Republic. During the Protectorate he was used by the Prague Gestapo in various actions, not only as an interpreter. Jaroslav Panenka was arrested after the end of the Second World War and tried by the Extraordinary People's Court (MLS) as part of the retributive trials. He was executed in Prague on October 22, 1948, for collaborating with the Gestapo as a confederate.
