Built in 1876, this Carpenter Gothic-style house at 107 West Gorham Street in Madison, Wisconsin, was constructed for John Cory (see the Property Record online).
It features a cross-gable roof with gingerbread bargeboard trim on the gable ends, replacement one-over-one windows, decorative wooden window trim decorative pilasters at the corner front porch with decorative brackets and trim, a side one-story bay window, and gabled wall dormers.
The house is a contributing structure in the Mansion Hill Historic District, listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1997.
