The Karapapak (Qarapapaq, Terekeme, Tərəkəmə) (meaning Black Hat) are a small ethnic group of Turkic-speaking people who mainly live in Azerbaijan, in Georgia, in the northeast of Turkey, primarily in the provinces of Ağrı, Ardahan, Kars and Iğdır, and in Iran.
