The L'Amourita Apartments at 2901-15 Franklin Ave E, Seattle. Designed in the Mission revival style in 1908 by Claude A. Reinoehl for Yukon gold rush veteran A.J. Jarmuth, wife of local suffragette Edith DeLong Jarmuth. The apartments were completed by August 1909.
