In mid-2014, hitherto regular yellow-livery “fleet reserve” cars 713, 722, 741, 744, and 745 were given a new branded livery and commited exclusively to tourism service, adding to the red tourism fleet of (then) 6 cars. Cars 735 and 717 later added to this green livery fleet.

In May 2015 (some of) these cars pioneered the reopening to regular use of (a short segment of) the Campolide-Carmo line, mothballed since 1997, making use of their bidirectionality to reverse at a switch in Príncipe Real (unidirectional cars would need a balloon loop for the return trip). When service was extended to the Campolide loop terminus in April 2018, as re-established route 24E, regular unidirectional cars took over.

The green-livery cars remain in general tourism and rental use, some in clad additional promo sub-liveries (cork; tiles), their unidirectionality being sometimes of use for specific manouvering.
