English: First class carriage 353 was built by Cravens in 1892 for the Metropolitan Railway to their 'Jubilee Stick' design. It was sold to the Weston, Clevedon and Portishead Light Railway in 1907 where end doors were added; it was given number 12 in that fleet. After the line closed in 1940 the body became used as a garden shed at Shrivenham until rescued by the Londoin Transport Museum in 1974. It was restored to Metropolitan Railway condition and mounted on the modified underframe from Southern Railway Passenger Mail Van 1647 so that it could run in service from 2013.
