English: USA-193, also known as NRO launch 21 (NROL-21 or simply L-21), was a National Reconnaissance Office radar surveillance satellite, part of the Future Imagery Architecture, which failed shortly after launch. It was orbited by a Delta II rocket, launched from Vandenberg Air Force Base Space Launch Complex 2W on 14 December 2006.
