  • 1963 Sold to Fa. Holm & Moltzen in Flensburg, rebuilt as living quarters for expatriates

  • 2016 December: Sold to Floris de Waard and Mariëlle van Twillert, who continues the activities.

However the freeze in is no longer posible as due to the climate change the fjord is no longer frozen!
