Deutsch: Offenburg ist eine Stadt im Westen Baden-Württembergs, etwa 20 km südöstlich von Straßburg. Sie ist die Kreisstadt und mit ca. 60.000 Einwohnern größte Stadt des Ortenaukreises. Nach dem Landesentwicklungsplan bildet sie seit 1996 ein Oberzentrum innerhalb der Region Südlicher Oberrhein.

English: Offenburg is a city located in the state of Baden-Württemberg, Germany, situated approximately 12 miles southeast of Strasbourg. With nearly 60,000 inhabitants, it is the largest city, and also the capital of the Ortenaukreis.
