Ελληνικά: Ο Πέτρος Γκίνης (Σπέτσες 1861 - Αθήνα 1935) ήταν Έλληνας αξιωματικός του Πολεμικού Ναυτικού και πολιτικός. Το 1911 ανέλαβε την αρχηγία του Γενικού Επιτελείου Ναυτικού και τον επόμενο χρόνο τοποθετήθηκε κυβερνήτης του θωρηκτού Αβέρωφ. Κατά τους βαλκανικούς Πολέμους υπηρέτησε ως κυβερνήτης του θωρηκτού "Σπέτσες". Το 1915 αποστρατεύθηκε με τον βαθμό του αντιναυάρχου. Εξελέγη βουλευτής Σπετσών με το Κόμμα των Φιλελευθέρων στις εκλογές του 1910 αλλά παραιτήθηκε έναν χρόνο αργότερα. Επανεξελέγη στις εκλογές του 1915. Στις 5 Μαΐου 1931 εξελέγη γερουσιαστής. Αδελφός του ήταν ο πολιτικός μηχανικός και Ακαδημαϊκός ο Άγγελος Γκίνης.
English: Petros Guinis (Spetses 1861 – Athens 1935) was a Greek admiral and politician. He was Chief of the Hellenic Navy General Staff in 1911-1912, commander of the battleships Averoff and later Spetses during the Balkan Wars, with whom he took control of the city of Dedeagach (later Alexandroupoli). He was elected as MP in the Hellenic Parliament for the Venizelist Liberal Party in 1910 and 1915, and to the Greek Senate in 1931. His brother is civil engineer and academician Angelos Guinis (1859-1928).

Il a été Chef de l'État-Major de la Marine en 1911-1912, commandant des cuirassés Averoff puis Spetsès pendant les Guerres balkaniques, avec lequel il prend le contrôle de la ville de Dédéagatch (auj. Alexandroupoli) en Thrace Occidentale. Il est élu député de Spetsès en 1910 puis 1915 pour le Parti libéral d'Elefthéros Vénizélos, puis sénateur en 1931. Il est le frère de l'ingénieur et académicien Angelos Guinis (1859-1928).
