The Phalgu or Falgu, a river that flows past Gaya, India in Bihar, is a sacred river for Hindus and Buddhists. In ancient scriptures, it is called the Nairañjanā in Sanskrit. Falgu river फल्गू नदी is also known as the Niranjana river. The river is almost dry except in rainy season. The Falgu is a seasonal river when is rainy season comes then water in this river.
