English: VHK 177L is a Bristol RELH chassis which was fitted with the prototype Eastern Coach Works B51 coach body in 1981. It had been built with a more conventional body in 1971 and delivered to Thomas Tilling in London as their number 9441 and was transferred to the new National Travel South East fleet in 1974. It moved to Eastern National in 1978 (fleet number 1404) and, after rebodying in 1981, sold to Bristol Omnibus (later Badgerline; fleet number 2079). After a couple of years out of use it was purchased by Northern Bus in 1992 and then entered preservation in 1998. It has also carried different registrations for short periods: 929 CVJ (1985-1998) and 819 UXP (during 2009).
