Prinsegracht 71, in the center of the city of The Hague, in the Netherlands. From 1901 until the opening of the Peace Palace in 1913, the Permanent Court of Arbitration had it's seat in this building. It was build in ± 1728 and has a Louis XIV style facade and a Louis XVI style entrance and interior. It is protected as a Dutch national heritage monument.
