Designed by Warren Skilling and James Corner. First opened in 1896, additions to the building were made in 1900, 1902 and 1916, that last designed by Edgar Blair. The National Register of Historic Places (ID #85002916) uses Queen Anne Public School; its listing as an official Seattle landmark uses West Queen Anne Elementary School. The building is now condominium apartments.
