L'ensemble est constitué du reliquaire monumental gothique (XIIIe) et de la châsse contenant les reliques (XVIIe-XVIIIe). Autrefois les reliques se trouvaient dans la partie supérieure où on distingue une sorte de coffre. Le tombeau reliquaire a été transféré de l'église Saint-Adelphe en 1822.
