The Ghanaian enterprise Rlg Communications (Ghana) Limited was founded in 2001 in Accra (Ghana) under the name of "Rogams Link" as first indigenous African enterprise of the information and communications technology sector to assemble laptops, desktops and mobile phones and to offer ICT training in computer and phone repairs. The name goes back to Roland Agambire, founder and CEO of this company.
