Small urban coupe carriage. Square shape, it is a closed carriage for two adults plus possibly a child on a jump seat, led to two horses by a coachman, for trips in town or short distances. Its self-supporting case, attached to the trunk above which the coachman's seat is located, is mounted on the front with tweezers springs and at the rear on two half-tweezers connected by a transverse right spring. Shorter, lower and lighter than the big coupe, it is the ideal urban carriage.[edit]
