English: A sauna stove is an electrical device to heat stones for making steam in a sauna. To wire it up, it is necessary to use nonflammable cables with a melting temperature of 1,000°C or more and overheating detectors. To avoid overheating and fire hazards, sauna stoves should be installed according to instructions provided, and by a certified engineer who is able to calculate and allow for sufficient ventilation in the sauna.
